Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks has been an American actor for seven seasons. Her most recognizable performance was that of Joan Holloway, in AMC's Drama period show Mad Men. The series has earned her six Emmy nominations, including best supporting actor and critical praise. Her career, which spans more than two decades includes appearances on the comedy crime series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. Films comprise Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg & American Woman. Her voice was used in animated films such as Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. Her career began in modeling, and she continued to do it for years until her debut as a TV actor with Undressed which was a 1999 TV show. Her first big role was in the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her part in the cult hit Firefly. Esquire magazine named her the Sexiest Woman on Earth and Best-Looking American Woman for the year 2010.
